How do I buy event tickets with M-Pesa?+
Choose an event, select your ticket type and quantity, enter your Safaricom number, then approve the STK push with your M-Pesa PIN. Your QR ticket appears instantly on My Tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket?+
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the door. You can find paid tickets by signing in or looking up your phone number with the M-Pesa confirmation code.
What is Birdview Personal Accident cover?+
Every ticket includes Personal Accident cover underwritten by Birdview Microinsurance, so you are covered while attending the event.
Can organizers sell VIP, VVIP, and Early Bird tickets?+
Yes. Organizers can create ticket tiers such as Regular, VIP, VVIP, Early Bird, and At the Gate — each with its own price and capacity.
